Mission

Samsun University Turkish and Foreign Language Teaching and Application Center and Research Center’s (SAMU DILMER) goals are consistent with our university’s vision “Qualified University for the Qualified Society” and are as follows:

1) To carry out education and training activities in accordance with the “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages”

2) To follow, apply and develop contemporary methods and approaches adopted in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language and to become a leading center in this field.

3) To contribute to the multicultural society of Samsun and Samsun University through realizing cooperation and agreements; to increase international interactions in academic and cultural levels.
